Bacon-wrapped hotdog with hot sauce

You should do bacon wrapped hotdog with hot sauce. Alright, let's give it a try. This recipe is pretty self explanatory. The only thing I had to decide on is if I wanted to bake them, pan fry them or deep fry them. I ultimately decided on deep frying them since I already had the oil out from frying the rice paper and crab rangoons. I'm not going to lie, it did not look good frying in the oil. This is my roommate and I discussing about how it looks. Also, I'm surprised at the amount of time it took for me to fry these hotdogs. It took a little over 20 minutes to cook them. For the buns, I just buttered them up and toasted them in a cast iron skillet. Not going to lie, I was skeptical about trying this and since you asked for hot sauce. I'm adding Elijah's' ghost pepper hot sauce over the top. So it wasn't bad but it was very savory so I felt like it needed something to cut that down a bit. Luckily, I had some pickled carrots and pepper to add to it and that ended up making it like 10x better. Will I be making these again? Probably not but I'm glad I got to practice some bacon wrapping skills.
