Easy spaghetti recipe that got me through the beginning of the pandemic

I was going to make something crazy for my 500k celebration but I ultimately decided on making something that got me through the beginning of the pandemic. I love making spaghetti because it's quick, it's easy, and it lasts for days. This is far from authentic spaghetti but it's perfect for me because towards the end of the week, I typically have leftover spinach and mushrooms that I need to use. I just toss in mushrooms after cooking and draining the ground beef. Once the mushrooms are cooked to my liking, I add the beef back in and put in a jar of spaghetti sauce. While that is going on, I cook some frozen meatballs in the oven. They don't look that appetizing now but don't worry. You won't be able to tell the difference once they're in the sauce. Also, I've gotten in the habit of cutting up the meatballs ever since I witnessed my roommate choking on one in front of me. I added spaghetti noodles to salted boiling water and then I added the meatballs and spinach to the sauce.

Since it seems like all the cool people add pasta water to their sauce, I will go ahead and do it too. Also, I just wanted to quickly add that I appreciate you all. If you had told me a couple months ago that I would have 500k Youtube subscribers, I would have thought you were crazy. But, I'm so thankful and happy that there are people out there who enjoy watching my content. If you watched my video from a couple of days ago, you know I enjoy adding soy sauce and sriracha to my spaghetti. Again, thank you for 500k!
