When I was a kid, my brother and I would beg my mom to buy these candies each time we went to the Asian grocery store. I had no idea what they were, but they just tasted so good. My brother and I would split the pack and watch who was able to eat the candy the slowest. I haven't had them in years, so I grabbed them the last time I was at the store. Apparently, they're Haw Flakes made from the fruit of the Chinese hawthorn. The little discs are sweet and fruity, and they taste as good as I remember. Have you tried these?
