A few years ago, I visited some friends in Dallas and they made these amazing airfryer Asian wings. I didn't ask for the recipe then because I didn't even know how to boil an egg properly but look at me now.
This is about 4 1/2 lbs of wings and I'm adding 3 tablespoons of garlic powder, 2 tablespoons of sriracha, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, a quarter cup of oyster sauce, a teaspoon of sugar, and a little bit of pepper. Mix it up and marinate it for at least an hour in the fridge. Then, I put it in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 400. Make sure to flip them about half way through. And, that's it.
