How to make cajun seasoning...from a non-chef

Here's how I made the homemade Cajun seasoning for my Cajun lobster video. And, I'm titling this video that it's from a non-chef to protect myself in case I got the recipe wrong. Alrighty, I added 2 tablespoons of garlic powder, 2 tablespoons of paprika, 2 tablespoons of salt, 1 tablespoon of black pepper, and I was going to add a tablespoon of cayenne pepper but this was all I had left.

So, I replaced what was missing with chili powder. Then, I added 1 tablespoon of onion powder, 1 tablespoon dried thyme, and 1 tablespoon dried oregano. I mixed it up and now I have a bunch to use in the future. This was delicious in my Cajun butter sauce and I can't wait to use it again.
