I had some leftover birria tacos and meat so I decided to have it with Tapatio ramen. I've been curious about it ever since I saw this instant ramen online. I added the seasoning packet, birria meat, and boiling water. Also, does anyone else use their chopsticks to keep the lid down? After 5 minutes, it was ready to go so I added some lime juice and gave it a try.
It wasn't as spicy as I thought it would be but it was still really good. Even though there's some extra flavor with the meat, this seasoning was able to hold its own flavor. And of course, I had some tacos so I dipped that with everything. I also tested out if I could wrap it with the noodles because why not?
