For today's video, I'll be making a cheesy ramen stuffed pepper. The was suggested by one of my followers. So, I wanted to give it a try. For the filling, I cooked up some ground beef, diced onions, garlic, and diced tomatoes. For the ramen, I bought a spicy cheesy version. It comes with a powder cheese packet and hot sauce. I broke up the noodles and only cooked them about half the time that I usually do, since it'll continue to cook when I bake them in the peppers.

Then, I did some light seasoning with salt and pepper, since I knew I would be adding the hot sauce packet. I put in the cheese powder, hot sauce, and some mozzarella cheese. Then, I stuffed the bell peppers. For fun, I added a couple of bacon slices on one of them. Topped each one off with a mozzarella slice. In the oven it goes for 30 mins at 350. Okay, so I was pleasantly surprised at how these turned out. They were so freaking good. And the sweetness of the peppers took away some of the spice so it didn't burn my mouth like the ramen normally would. And, the bacon one had a nice salty kick to it. I will definitely be making these again.
