I saw these lobster's tails on sale for $5 so I had to pick them up. I was planning on steaming them with beer but remembered I still had some of the compound butter that I made last week. I cut up tails and pulled the meat through and laid it on top. I got this inspiration from Pete Eats on a video he recently posted.

Then I melted some of the compound butter in a pan and poured it over the top of the lobster tails. I also had some leftover steak so I added that to the tray as well before I put it in the oven. I baked them at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. I did bake my roommate's for an additional 2 minutes to make sure they were fully cooked. And, I'm not going to lie, these were really good. I'm definitely going to buy them again when they're on sale.
