I ordered Indian food for lunch

So I've been getting a lot of requests to try to cook Indian food which I'm really excited for because I do want to try and expand experience with other cuisines. I have to be honest, I'm a little intimidated of this cuisine. I've shot videos at some Indian restaurants in the past few years and I know a lot of time and love is spent in each of the dishes. I'm going to try and eat more Indian food to become more familiar with it before I trying cooking it. Today, I order from Shagan's in Kansas City. I order Zeera rice, veg samosas, some really really delicious looking butter chicken, butter paneer, and veg korma. I also order some rotis on the side. First, I tried the samosa. It was flavorful in the inside and the shell was buttery and flakey. Then, I tore a piece of roti and grabbed some butter chicken. It was decadent, herby, creamy, and so freaking good. Next, I tried the butter paneer. So I've always thought paneer was cheese but then when I looked at it, I was like, "oh it's tofu". Then, I ate it and it was definitely cheese. This was a first for me and a very pleasant one. The cheese was packed but absorbed the flavors of the sauce really well. And last but not least, I had the veg korma. It definitely wasn't as heavy as the last two but it had more of a kick to it. Everything was delicious and I can't wait to try more. Please let me what other dishes I should try.
