I was at the Asian grocery store and saw spicy rice paper shrimp and I wanted to give it a try so I tossed it in my cart. It's made with rice paper, tiny shrimp, salt, garlic, chili, and vegetable oil. And apparently they look like toes because my roommate saw them on the kitchen counter and texted it to me. I don't know what toes she's looking at but that's her business. So the seasoning is rolled into the rice paper so you get a good chunk of flavor in each bite. They're also pretty chewy but not in a bad way. I definitely tasted the shrimp and salt the most. Sadly, I didn't get any hints of spice. But overall it's a good snack. I bet this would be perfect for a road trip.
