So I'm a little late to the party but I'm trying the pickled garlic trend that has been going around. I'll post a link to the original video below. I could not find any pickled garlic at the American grocery store but luckily I found some at the Asian grocery store. I drained them and added sriracha, chili powder, and thyme. Then, I screwed on the top and shook until my arm got tired. I noticed seasoning wasn't getting all around so I opened it and most of it was stuck at the top. So, I mixed a little before shaking again. I should have taken some garlic out so the bottle wasn't so full. You know, they looked and smelled pretty good and I was excited to give them a try.
I really enjoyed them and they'll be a really good snack for me to munch on.
