My favorite spring roll hack

Do you want to make spring rolls but don't have the time or the ingredients to prepare the traditional fillings? Well, I'm going to show you a little hack. First, you need to make sure you have rice paper. You can find this at most Asian grocery stores. Then, you need to order this dish called Bun Thit Nuong. Which is grilled pork with vermicelli rice noodles. Most Vietnamese restaurants serve this dish. It has all the fillings you need for the spring roll.

I also ordered some egg rolls because I was curious on how they would taste rolled in rice paper. And, lastly, you need some warm water. It also comes with fish sauce which you normally pour over the noodles but in this case since I'm making spring rolls, I'll use it as a dipping sauce. And then I ordered a side of peanut hoisin for variety. Then, you just wet the paper, add noodles, veggies, and meat. Dip in your sauce of choice and enjoy!
