It’s always a joy going to visit Irvin and his mom, Annie, at Tao Tao Restaurant in Kansas City. Irvin is always cooking up something new in the test kitchen, and Annie always makes sure I leave with a dish that she’s cooked for me. On this visit, Irvin created Banana Split Rangoons among a few other sweet rangoons.
