So these chili flakes will probably be the death of me. Today, I went to grab some lunch at one of my favorite Thai restaurants and the owners asked me if I wanted to participate in their new spicy noodle challenge. I was like, uhh, maybe?
Apparently, the challenge is to add four ounces of Thai chili flakes that they make in house to a cup of noodles. They said it's so spicy that they are going to have to pay their employees to even try the challenge for a video. I said I would do it as soon as I see those employees make it out the other side okay. So good luck to those employees, I'll be watching to make sure you're alive and well.
