In this video, I will be making instant hotpot. I saw this at the Asian grocery market and decided that I'd give it a try. Inside the packaging there are chopsticks, a vegetable bag, two small bundles of noodles, a bean curd packet, oil packet, a sauce packet, and the dipping spices.
The instructions were in Chinese characters which I can't read and I couldn't find anything online. So, I used Google Translate. It was a bit rough but I think I got the gest of it. After ten minutes, I added the szechuan sauce packet. Overall, this hotpot was pretty good. If you want hotpot quickly, this is the way to go. There's also this szechuan peppercorn in it. So, definitely will make your mouth go numb if you bite into those.
