So a few days ago, my neighbor texted me asking if I wanted Brazilian stroganoff that he cooked and of course I had to say yes.
So I assembled everything together starting with rice, stroganoff and topping it off with the potato sticks. It was smelling delicious. I took a bite and instantly fell in love with this dish. It was creamy and savory and the shrimp and mushrooms were cooked perfectly. And then, paired with the potato sticks, the texture all complimented each other really well. I hope he cooks this again because I could eat a whole pot.
