In this video I am going to try to add salt to spam, and I'm totally just kidding. Even though it looks like salt, it is actually just sugar. Usually I just pan fry spam and add it to noodles or eat it with rice or eggs. So, this will be very interesting. I know a lot of people don't like spam but for me, I typically have a couple cans in my pantry at all times. I'm going to try both regular sugar and brown sugar to see if I notice a difference.
I put sugar on both sides of the spam. Then, I set it aside to cool so I don't burn my lips. So I tried the white sugar first. I was not expecting it to taste as good as it did. The sweetest just offset the saltiness of the spam perfectly. And then I tried the brown sugar one and it was so good. I can't believe this is my first time trying spam and sugar. I wasn't able to tell much of a difference between the 2 sugars but I will definitely be trying this again. Thank you Ultra for the suggestion!
