I've gotten a lot of requests to try the foods in the anime Food Wars, so I decided to give it a try. The first YouTube clip that shows up when I search for it is the squid with peanut butter in it. I was skeptical of the combo but here we go. I washed the whole squid and threw it on a grill. I've never cooked whole squid before and didn't know I was supposed to remove the innards. In my defense, my sister-in-law said I didn't need to. Not in my defense, I could have just Googled it.
I couldn't resist sending that last video to her since she was in the house. I just grabbed some regular peanut butter to dip the squid in and gave it to try.
