Yesterday, I got a bunch of DM's and comments asking if it was me on an episode of Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. So I feel like the episode must have re-aired yesterday. It is featuring Jarocho Mexican restaurant in Kansas City. They serve Mexican seafood and the owner and Chef Carlos Falcon is from Veracruz. I met him a few years ago towards the beginning of my Telehue food journey. I shot a video featuring shrimp Cucaracha, whole fried fish and octopus cooked in squid ink. I'm so glad his restaurant was featured because he deserves it. He and his wife are doing great things for Kansas City. So was I in the episode of Triple D?
