This is probably the spiciest dish that I have tried with the Kapsaicin Kid. At Thai Orchid, Jonathan Rojjansrirat prepared three levels of spicy Pad Thai Noodles.
The levels were 4, 7, and 10. Of course Aaron took it like a champ and I was crying after eating level 10.
These noodles are definitely worth a try if you like spicy food!
