Today, I'm making a Flamin' Hot Mac & Cheese Quesadilla using blue corn tortillas. First, we're going to make our red Mac & Cheese. Add water, mix it up, and microwave for 3 mins. Then add powder and mix until you're scared about how red it is. Add oil to frying pan on medium heat. Add blue corn tortilla, pepper jack cheese, and then the Flamin' Hot Mac & Cheese.
Then, crush up some hot Cheetos and add the Cheetos dust to your beautiful creation. Put another slice of pepper jack cheese and blue corn tortilla. Here's the scary part, flipping it. Never mind, it worked. Now look at all that gooeyness inside. Then we'll cut it up and eat it. So what do you think? Would you try it?
