How do I not get sick after eating all the spicy foods? The most important thing that I do is to prepare for the spicy challenges. Something that I did not do last year when I did the death nut challenge with my roommate. Our stomachs both suffered last year with horrible cramps because we didn't have anything in there. I only thought of the initial effect it would have on my mouth. But, it's super important to eat some type of absorbing food like a sandwich and I also like to drink milk to coat my stomach before the challenges and I eat a couple of Tums as well. Prep is key for me to not get sick from eating spicy foods. How do you prep for something spicy?
