Sometimes I still don't believe how lucky I am to have met so many amazing people. Even this past year I built personal and working relationships. One of them being with Pinole Blue from my hometown. We both started our own businesses and we were able to commiserate over growing pains and struggles.
I went to buy some of their tortillas and talk to Eddie, one of the owners, when he introduced me to his mom who was cooking in the back. She's making some Chile pasado and she gave me some to go. I was so happy and it felt like I was being taken in by the family. I wanted to make this video to show off this amazing food but also I hope you all will become as lucky as me to find friends whose parents will give you food.
